UT 2004!

i have Unreal Tournament 2004! and i cant play it stupid dvd drive is knackered. anyone have any spares?

yup I have a spare DVD drive it works well, the draws knackered though somethng snaped and came out of it when my brother stepped on it, but it works.
I've got unreal tornament 2003 but I didn't like it, graphics was decent but the bulky characters and those HORRIBLE accents arg.... is 2004 anybetter? I know the first UT was excellent i loved it to bits seriously!!!

Been watching my housemate play it (i persuaded him to buy it at the same time as i did), he says 2003 wasnt much better than UT, but this is a LOT better. they have vehicles and stuff in it, it looks ace. cant wait to get a proper dvd drive and get it playing

I bought my dvd drive from amazon.co.uk or ebuyer.com for £20 (52x speed) LG very fast, reads like a babe. might invest in getting that game then if its good. I still Love UT the origional especially when I obtained the skin of the last boss!!!

bought a cheap dvd drive from a shop round the corner, so now i can play, and its amazing! runs dead slow though, stupid knackered computer

lol, is good that you managed to get a dvd drive, thought you got a new computer though? well aslong as it can play is its brilliant! mines slow at playing the 2003 UT but i'm not really arsed the weapons may have been interesting but the characters where just irritating!!!!
